Gender Equality and Social Acceptnance
No one should face discrimination or exclusion because of their gender, identity, or personal differences. Promoting equality and social acceptance helps create safer, more respectful communities where people can thrive without fear of judgment. In my letter to the Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines, I advocated for stronger awareness and educational efforts that encourage inclusivity, respect, and understanding. Small changes in awareness can lead to meaningful changes in people’s lives.

Urban Accessibility in Baku
I wrote about the lack of ramps and accessible infrastructure for elderly people and disabled citizens in Baku. I proposed supporting a digital crowd-sourced accessibility map and collaborating with local youth volunteers to audit venues.

Education issues that high school students face
As a founder of this organization, I am also a student who faces common challenges, such as struggling to focus on my future career and project responsibilities because of subjects that are not necessarily relevant to my goals. If we want a future with professionals who are truly skilled in their fields, students should be able to focus more on the subjects that matter for their careers. However, the problem is that most schools require students to spend an equal amount of time on every subject, regardless of their future aspirations, which I believe is both unfair and unnecessary. As a result, exams create a lot of stress, and even less relevant subjects can significantly affect overall academic performance.

Multinational corporations, economic interdependence, and corporate accountability
In my letter, I discuss the growing influence of multinational corporations in shaping global supply chains and economic interdependence, particularly in economies like Taiwan. While these corporations contribute to economic growth and international trade, I highlight concerns related to labor conditions, environmental impact, and the lack of transparency across complex, cross-border production systems. I explain how it can be difficult to assign responsibility when operations span multiple countries and legal systems. I then ask for stronger transparency requirements and better international coordination to ensure corporations follow consistent ethical standards. My goal is to encourage policies that balance economic development with social and environmental responsibility. As a student interested in global governance and international systems, I chose this topic to better understand how economic power operates across borders and how policy can improve accountability.

Addressing the Lack of Mental Health Support in Schools
This letter aims to emphasize the importance of mental health among students who attend school. It highlights that many students face academic pressure, stress, and emotional challenges, often without enough support from their schools. It points out that mental health is still not fully integrated into many education systems, especially in under-resourced countries, creating a gap in student well-being support.

Youth Voter Access and Civic Engagement
As a student and founder of Next Era Advocacy, I care deeply about making sure my generation can fully participate in democracy. I wrote to Texas State Representative Ann Johnson about barriers young and first-time voters face, including strict proof-of-citizenship requirements, limited acceptable IDs, and reduced mail-in voting access. I asked her to support policies that protect election integrity while keeping voting accessible for eligible young Texans. If we want to sustain a progressive, democratic society, we can't undermine civic participation, because politics shapes our daily lives, and keeping voting accessible while educating and engaging the next generation is essential to protecting that future.
